Time to Celebrate!

August 19, 2013 by Pamela Nowak

Wow–it seems like the months have just flown by and already it’s time to celebrate the release of CHANGES!

My new book officially releases on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013.  In celebration, my first book, CHANCES, will be offered as a free Kindle selection that day.  If you haven’t read my books, this is a chance to get acquainted.  If you are a reader but don’t have CHANCES or don’t have the Kindle version, now is the time to download.  If you’re a reader and you liked the book, tell your friends!

I’m also working to get new paperback editions of CHANCES and CHOICES uploaded to Amazon Createspace.  With rights to those titles back in my ownership, I will be able to offer the paperback versions for less than the hardcovers currently available.  I hope to have that done within the next week.  Learning all the formatting for uploading my own books has been a challenge. It’s not so much difficult as it is time-consuming–especially as I try to promote the new book, market a fourth, and finish the fifth.

By now, you’ve noticed I’ve been neglecting my blogging but good news on that front as well.  I will be posting again the end of this week with a fun Top Ten list of least and most common careers for heros and heroines in western romance novels.  It should be a fun post.  I’m also guest blogging on a few sites starting with Patricia Stoltey this Thursday ( and Petticoats and Pistols ( on Sept. 14.

Book signing events for CHANGES are also scheduled. The Denver signing is Monday, Sept. 9, 2013 at the Tattered Cover, Lodo (7:30 p.m.).  A Cheyenne, Wyoming event will be held on Sept. 14, 2013 at Barnes and Noble (1-4 p.m.).  Check back on my Events page for further appearances.

Throughout the next two months, I will be doing a few more free promo days on Amazon (Aug. 29, Sept. 10, Sept. 14, and Oct. 10).  Watch for my Facebook page and Twitter for reminders.  Click on the links to friend me or follow me.

And now, let’s start celebrating. Toss the cyber-confetti, do a Snoopy-dance, and share my joy!
